My recent stay at Langshott Manor was, simply put, superb. This magnificent 16th-century, 4-star luxury hotel, offers far more than just easy access to and a convenient location for London Gatwick Airport; it's a destination in its own right, providing a genuinely relaxing break. ​The setting is breathtaking. The picturesque moat and landscaped garden provide a tranquil backdrop, making it ideal for everything from a romantic getaway, to a wedding venue. It offers fantastic value for money, for such a unique high quality experience. ​Every aspect of the hotel impressed me. The attention to detail is phenomenal. Those little touches, like the warm welcome for returning guests, high quality English produce at the hearty breakfast and a Christmas tree in my room, were beautiful details. The complementary toiletries were selected beautifully, being both aromatic and kind to the skin. The cleanliness was truly excellent, and the brilliant staff service was exemplary. General Manager Dan and receptionist Emma deserve special mention; you could see that both went the extra mile to ensure that both new and returning guests, received a lovely Langshott welcome. Emma was particularly helpful and courteous, laser focussed on delivering outstanding customer care, she ensured that my visit was seamless from start to finish. Afternoon tea at Langshott is a wonder to behold and I was thrilled by the range of the in-house cakes. They were truly dainty and delicious! ​A true highlight was the dining. The food served in the restaurant was nothing short of amazing. The kitchen delivered high quality and diverse dishes, which were outstanding value. There was something for every apitite. ​Altogether, it was a fantastic visit. I wholeheartedly recommend Langshott Manor for anyone seeking a relaxing break, a beautiful venue, or simply a charming stay, with excellent amenities and truly brilliant staff.

Exceptional Stay at Langshott Manor Hotel We stayed at Langshott Manor Hotel in Horley for our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience from start to finish. The service from Dan was absolutely exceptional nothing was too much trouble. He is a wonderful host who made us feel both comfortable and genuinely special throughout our stay. We stayed in the Anne Boleyn Suite, which was beautiful and incredibly romantic overlooking the moat. The bed was very comfortable, and the large bath for two was a perfect touch for a special occasion. Dan even brought us breakfast in bed and kindly arranged a late check-out, which made our stay feel like a real treat. The whole team at Langshott Manor were friendly, attentive, and very helpful everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. We honestly haven’t received service this good since our stay at the Shangri-La in Malaysia, which says it all! We would highly recommend Langshott Manor for anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and romantic getaway. We can’t wait to return!

We were fortunate enough to have our Christmas Party at the Hotel. I was organising the event and the Events team made everything easy for me. From start to finish the event was faultless. The food was yummy! The venue was stunning and very festive. The staff were so warm, friendly, accommodating and professional. It was so good all our staff would like to return next year. This manor house is so unique and each room is very different. Our business lunch was beautiful and the service was great. If you like smaller venues with the personal touch you will love it here.

We booked your room for my mother's 90th birthday celebrations on Sunday 28th Dec. There were 25 of us and the staff did a wonderful job of catering to all our needs and especially went out of their way to make sure this was a memorable occasion, from the food, to the ambience not to mention the wonderful house. Great experience at this hotel. Stayed here for the first time for an overnight stay. Check in was fine, and we got showed personally to our room which was a garden suite. The room and features were explained and it was a good start. We didn't eat in the restaurant which was a two AA rosette but had food from the bar. The food was very good along with the drinks all priced at an average price for a hotel. The room was well equipped with bathrobes and the usual tea, coffee and biscuits. Large bed very comfortable which ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were very helpful and made an extra effort to be friendly and helpful. Overall a nice experience and I would certainly consider going again. The hotel is near Gatwick airport but there wasn't really an aircraft noise that we noticed.

The staff are the nicest people I have ever met. Absolutely lovely five stars all the way. The end is adorable and charming, and so refreshing compared to all of these basic boring modern hotels. I would simply recommend some written instructions on Wi-Fi & how to turn down the heat in the room. And some soft pillows for sleeping. But a wonderful place.
